  • Terrible service. How do you give the wrong battery?? Summarized...I had to pay for their mess up. Went to a different napa location because my brand new battery randomly died..was told they were having recalls on my battery so they gave me a new one. My mechanic later noticed they gave me the wrong size. Took car to this location for the right battery..gave me problems to even exchange it even with the other store manager corroborating the problems. They eventually settled on me paying the price difference for the right one. Ridiculous
