  • This clinic has been just what I needed to get my life on track towards health. After the shooting in October 2017 in Las Vegas I found myself in a position of vulnerability realizing that I was so over weight and unhealthy that I would become a burden to someone rather than being a strength. God has blessed me with strength and health and I owe it to myself, my family, and my God to be ready at any second to offer service and help. I am truly grateful to Unicorn and its wonderful staff who have made this desire a reality for me, and have helped me take control of actions and accountability. It has been an amazing journey of health and recovery for me. I am beyond thankful.
