  • No blackout curtains and blinds were insufficient. Desk light connected to main room light so if one person still sleeping they will be disturbed by entire room lit since someone needs light at desk. The ice bucket is a large cube shape but has no liner and was horrifyingly very unsanitary! No restaurant; just wrapped sandwiches similar to a convenience store. After a long flight it was very disappointing considering the cost of hotel? Front desk was less than enthusiastic and weak on suggestions for where and how to find things in town. Luckily, the airport information desk was awesome! For sure, we will never return here. Upside? Adore everything Canada!!!
