  • Okay, my experience is with the SAAB part of your operation and I bought a new 9-5 about hmm, three weeks ago. I love my SAAB, that's partly because this is the 6th one we've had. But, I also love your sales staff, especially Mickey Berkowitz. I used a program through USAA 'Car Buy' and had a price in mind. I didn't tell Mickey I had that. The price he came up with beat the price I had in mind by quite a bit. I love Mickey. I traded in my old 9-5 2004 and it had been extremely well maintained because your people took extremely good care of it for me. And that brings me to your maintenance team, led by Mary McHugh. Mary is the best, just simply the best. She took fabulous care of my old SAAB and I know she will take good care of my new SAAB. So anyway, my new SAAB got a 'break in' trip to Dayton and another to Fayetteville, W Va since I've had it. There is just one problem. Being 'born of jets' it wants to fly. But, I was a good boy and didn't get any tickets. Hey folks, think you can't afford a really cool car? Well, you just might want to check this place out. Bernie, you have a great team. And, lest I forget, I've never had paperwork on a new car handled better or more quickly than it was by Steve Zarzour.
