  • The older man that owns the place really talks down to people. I went in there for a simple link removal which is $10. He talked down to me, the type of watch I got and how I put it on. He then spent close to 45 minutes talking to me and complaining about everything. I had not paid, so I couldn't just walk away either. He complained about other customers, and would actually give me their full name while doing so. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I feel kind of bad for this review, because he spoke of how no one really comes in anymore and it's a dying business and all sorts of things. But seriously, if you want business, and you talk down to all of your customer, don't be surprised when they don't come back.
