  • Place is too noisy. I live on the top floor but I can still hear the person next door walk around (wood floors), hallway footsteps are like giant steps, noise from the outside from children sounds echo loudly to car doors shutting. I also hear someone playing a very loud drum set on two separate occasions. There is also construction equipment from across the Way that can hear all day long with drilling equipment. Right now I can hear the next door neighbor moving stuff around in her room. I agree with the other posts that if you want place and quite then this is not the place for you. Reported marijuana smoking. Have been a resident for 1.5 years. I have smelled smoking of marijuana and cigarettes although the property management has a full lease document that residents sign that states no smoking of any sorts in the homes and around the community grounds. I still find buds on the ground. Management sends out a passive email about the tenant nonsmoking policy but these policies are not enforced with evictions. Also there is dog poop that is around the property grounds that are not picked up. Please seriously reconsider your decision to choose this rental. It is poorly made construction that you can hear every noise from the halls and neighbors. There is courtesy security but when you call they do not sound concerned about helping and quite rude when residents report.
