  • The only reason I gave this place a one star is because 1 I have to and 2 Mario is a good trainer. The place is dirty dust all over the floor inside the gym. The treadmills are cheap, I got shocked a few times. I witnessed the man next to me fall off the treadmill because the instructor Jeremy told us to put our feet on the side of the treadmills when slowing down our pace because if we brought the speed up and down too much the treadmills would break...terrible. I purchased a bottle of water (regular water you can get from frys) I saw a charge on my card for $5.45... who charges that much for a regular bottle of water?! At the happy valley location it's $1 I didn't ask how much it was upon purchasing because I didn't think I'd have to take out a loan for a regular bottle of water! I've also had my card charged for $12 numerous times when I've been responsible and contacted the location to cancel my classes if I cannot attend. I have been to the arrowhead location and my primary was happy valley they are GREAT clean locations and very energetic staff nothing but positive vibes.. I'll be sure to leave them an awesome review after this.
