  • There are several major points to cover here. We've been struggling to find a window cleaner that we were happy with. I'm happy to report that we've found him in G & S Window Cleaning 1. Communications. Kevin is responsive - we heard back from him very promptly. Discussed what we needed and made an appointment for an interview. - Which he confirmed by text message. 2. Prompt and on time. Showed up promptly for the estimate. Gave us several quotes for Full clean, Inside only, Outside only, mirrors, etc. We accepted his quote and set up a date. 3. Kevin arrived on time with a helper. They worked, taking special care to clean not just the glass but also vacuum and clean the tracks (a slight additional charge which he quoted to us in advance.) Did all mirrors and shower doors. 4. Wore Booties without us asking, were clean and neat in both their personal appearance and with their truck and all equipment. 5. Pointed out problems - a cracked window, an insulated window where the seal was failing, and a window where the glass had been burned by a welder putting in a wrought iron railing. We'll have those replaced. 6. When cleaning inside, he closed all the shades, so that when they cleaedg outside they were not peeking into occupied rooms. I thought that was a nice touch and appreciate the privacy. 7. A big job, but he finished in the alloted time and texted me his invoice. 8. An HONEST MAN! When I paid him I gave him a tip, but also overpaid him by mistake. He took the money and we chatted for a few minutes. When he got home, he discovered my mistake, called me and offered to drive back with the extra money. We worked out a credit for next time, but his honesty really means a lot to me. We will definitely use him again. This guy is a winner. And his assistant is,s too!
