I agree if I could review and give negative stars I would. It's like the employees just assume or know they suck and don't try. The little redhead at the front that rings in orders causes so many problems....every time she's up there the wait is so much worse. You get one drink at a time...and wait for the others. The manager is short and rude and you can tell there is no passion left for what she's doing. I have never waited less than 15 mins for a drink at this place and I normally order a chai tea iced which is literally just a dump drink...no coffee to wait for.
Today I got a carmel mach. And it came out 5 mins before my carmel Frap which I ordered no whip and it's piled on high. It also tastes dirty like they need to clean their machines. I'm just baffled how a franchisee can and would allow a place to get this out of control.
I have been there when the man with the blonde messy hair that looks so unkempt was actually vacuuming out the display case during operating hours. The floor is a mess. The sugar cream station is too. I hate that they have a monopoly over the coffee in this area...that's the only reason people still go.
