This review is mainly based on the customer service experience. First of all, I can not stand going into a business and ordering service or product and feeling like I'm bothering them. This is exactly the experience I had at this bosa location. I was shopping in the area, and saw a sign for bosa donuts, I was with my two teenage girls and decided to stop and try them out! Apon entering I noticed a variety of fresh looking donuts, my only problem was... dealing with the miserable looking lady behind the counter. I'm thinking... should I stay or should I go. Having my two teenage daughters with me I decided to stay and order the donuts, despite the miserable looking lady. We ordered a Boston cream, powered sugar custard filling, and a raspberry filled glazed donut. After completing my silent transaction, where I was not even told " Thank you" "Have a nice day" or nothing! I left and got into my car and decided to try the donuts out. First review one of my daughters said that the raspberry filled donut filling tasted like soap, my other daughter who ordered the Boston cream said that the filling tasted like cherry, and I ordered the powdered sugar custard filled which tasted like soap also. The whole experience was disappointing and I would NEVER return to this location again!! One word of advice.. if you're going to be in the customer service industry make sure you have good customer service skills.
