After many years as a customer, I have moved on. Recently the Technician (Tyler) arrived to service my reverse osmosis filter and found he didn't have a needed membrane. He promised to call back later that day and reschedule. He did not.
Also he offered a discount for cash which made me nervous.
Five years ago they replaced the resin in my water softener. This fall it came apart and largely disabled the plumbing in my whole house. Was that repair necessary?
