  • WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF! The phones are rarely answered and if they are they put you on hold. I was on hold for 25 mins today then hung up called again and they never picked up again. By this time the office was closed. If you need a referal, your going to have to babysit them to make sure they do the job. The front office makes you feel like you are one big wast of there time. Don't they understand we are their bread and butter? If you want same day or even next day appointments you better plan your sickness around what works best for them! HA this place is a joke. I have complained so many times they just don't care. I have a number of family and friends that have complained about them also. My husband booked an appointment with them and when he arrived they couldn't find them in the system. Then they told him he went to the wrong office. Our family has never even stepped foot in the other office. By the time he arrived to the other office they told him it was too late and he needed to reschedule. If you are addicted to someone not giving a crap about you this is the place for you!!!!!!
