  • This is definitely a way to move long distances on a budget. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant (drop off and pickup was same guy). The 2-hr timeframe they give you the day before was accurate. The customer does all the loading and unloading. You have to be willing to be without your stuff for awhile- took 11 days to get our box shipped across country, but we easily saved over $1000 from our next option by being willing to go without our things for a little longer. The box can get extremely hot, burning the paint off of a few items inside. It was also very dusty inside when we unpacked, but maybe because we were moving from the desert. We also didn't do the best job of packing because several of our boxes were crushed in the process. Budget friendly, but if you have very nice/expensive items to move and want a professional move you should pay a little more.
