This place has been on my must try list for forever! When we learned that The Black Hoof will be closing its door at the end of the summer, we had to visit immediately.
The menu is for diners who want to try a little bit of everything and are adventurous eaters. Don't expect to order one thing off the menu as your main.
My favourite was the horse tartare! Amazing flavours and a great melt-in-your-mouth texture. Other notable mentions are the charcuterie and cheese boards, the spring carbonara and the asparagus salad. The bone marrow was far too salty for our table and the torchon had a great mouth feel, but did not have much of a taste.
You need to try this place before it closes!
