  • The best Veterinary experience I've ever had. The staff and knowledgeable and pleasant, from the receptionist (Lynda) who is nothing but smiles and joy when you get in, to the techs and vets you meet upon your visit. I've had to do a lot of hard things at this clinic - I had a very sick dog who's condition only worsened due to a genetic defect. Other vets said that it was hip dysplasia but vets at Westway confirmed it was something more then that. When the vets here could no longer help her, they filmed her movements for us to continue with an emergency hospital. Because the condition was incurable, she had to be put down. They made the entire situation as comfortable as it could be given the circumstances, and supported us through what was a horrible day. They even sent us a condolence card and followed up with us thereafter. I've been to a few mediocre vets, but I would put my faith in Westway. Wait times are never long, clinic is bright and clean, and the location is great. I've found a vet to be loyal to.
