  • why go to a con artist when you can go to the ohio city bike co op and help a non profit and learn about bike safety, or get superb service at joy machines cycles, or shop a warehouse at fridrich's with a bunch of services. There are many local bike shops that have better service and selection than this clown. If you want someone to disrespect you, talk down to you, and possibly ruin your bike, go to shaker cycle and deal with Mitch. I did, once. I also bought a helmet from this shop, but I would not recommend and you couldn't pay me to go back to that location.
