My wife and I celebrated an early Valentines Day with a memorable dining experience. We highly recommend making reservations for a table outside by the koi pond. It's a beautiful setting and the evening temperature was perfect.
We chose the 7-course tasting menu that featured dish after dish of amazing seafood. The lobster risotto and sea urchin and crab pasta courses were two of our favourites. The show piece main course featured a succulent Mediterranean Sea Bass encased in a salt crust. The table side carving was a terrific show that added to the anticipation. The final course was an over the top selection of desert options that was as delicious as they were good looking.
This is not an inexpensive place to eat or drink, but for a special occasion when visiting Las Vegas, this dining experience is worth every penny (even in Canadian dollars).
