I would have given 5 stars if I was rating on beautiful, clean rooms and overall "look" of this beautiful hotel, however if you can't provide me the basic necessities when I am traveling for work, it's a 1 star for me.
Upon check in I requested a mini fridge for my room since I bring healthy food with me when I travel to keep a consistent diet. They told me it would cost $50 a day if it wasn't for a medical necessity. Really?
I get up at 5 am every morning and like to have coffee before I work out. Try getting coffee before 6 am at this hotel without walking all the way across the entire hotel from the spa tower rooms. I called the front desk to ask for a coffee maker for my room and was told no.
This is why I stay @Courtyard Marriott every chance I get because I automatically always get a mini fridge and coffee maker. Traveling for work is an inconvenience as it is, but not having the things that make me comfortable away from home was disappointing.
Stay here if you aren't working and like to sleep in and you'll be fine.
