  • I have lived here for 3 years and have had a few problems here and there but nothing that wasn't fixable. I needed a new dish washer and it was replaced within a week. I needed a new parking spot because our neighboring parking spot holder hit my car 3 times. It was done. The covered parking mentioned by Tiggy, is being repaired now. I actually asked the new management why it had not been repaired and they stated that they were working it out with the couple that hit the hole and their insurance stating that if they repaired it the insurance would not reimburse them the money. They were very honest and upfront about the situation and believe that they would be with anyone else as well.
