  • Customer Service-5 stars! Speed-5 stars! Quality- 2 stars :( Everyone is very friendly and personable. I have come her multiple times. One time I came here and the mechanic forgot to fully close something. I noticed a day later my car was really loud. Took it back, they saw what was wrong and changed the filter free of charge for me since they made a mistake. Still went back after that issue b/c everyone has a first day and no harm no foul. I went there this weekend and they couldn't do my oil change b/c their electricity was out. My husband just did it for me instead. He said that when he changed the oil there was about 2 quarts TOO MUCH! He said looked like they hadn't been draining it and just pouring in new oil. Really bummed cause they are so nice and quick but my husband said I should not take my car their anymore cause of what has happened. Might take a break and hope that in the future it will get better.
