  • If I could give zero stars I would. I just made a reservation, hung up, and saw a missed call from the restaurant. I called back and I was informed that I did not have a reservation. It was literally two minutes after I called that I had this exchange. The person on the phone explained that calls from the restaurant were made to confirm reservations yet my call back didn't mean anything. I was told I didn't have a reservation and they couldn't accommodate my original request. Not sure how they didn't have my information down yet I received a call back. I was then told to come in and show my call log to prove my reservation. Unbelievable!
