Customer service SUCKS
Purchased airport to hotel shuttle service with my package, and in my reservation says " Don't call us, you are booked "
Sent few emails to the Expedia customer service asking them upon my arrival at the airport what shuttle company should I ask for service because they did not mentioned anything in the confirmation email. You believe me their response is so off and unrelated that I don't have any doubt that they don't know how to read English.
