  • This place is very hit and miss. If they're not busy you'll get great service but if they are you'll get something like this. I asked for a fill. I had to ask three times for my nails to be shorter. My nail tech asked no questions and just began filling my nails as fast as possible. She ripped my one broke nail off which they're not supposed to do, it's supposed to be soaked with acetone to prevent damaging your real nail and proceeded to super glue a fake nail on top without fixing my broken pinky nail first. The most annoying part was that she started painting my nails without asking what colors I wanted where. I asked for silver nails with a pink heart on the ring finger but because she didn't ask she started painting them all pink. Once I corrected her she proceeded to do the heart and it ended up as pictured. $26 for this half-ass work. I gave them a 3 instead of a 1 star because when they are not busy they do a really good job but after this experience I won't be taking my chances anymore.
