Customer service here is AWFUL. I had to email corporate due to a situation I had and they relayed the message over to the manager here who gave me a call this evening. She was extremely rude. I am in the service industry and regardless on whether or not it is the customers fault I would never imply that they are incorrect nor would I go back and forth with them. Evon or Yvonne was the one who called me in regards to my email and implied i was a liar. I am disgusted with the call i received and won't ever go back here. I regret even giving them a chance. They need to learn to be kind rather than having an attitude with the customers because that won't get you anywhere.
