  • Hubby and I were looking at buying a new home in Las Vegas and we were given Ron Berg's name to help us secure a loan. While starting the process, Ron noticed a serious issue with our loan on the home we own in San Diego, CA. He not only saved us from a horrible lending issue starting in 2015, but he was able to secure a FABULOUS fixed rate refi for us on the San Diego property. Even though we are hundreds of miles away, everything was handled brilliantly, quickly and very professionally. Today we heard our loan was funded. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had concerning a home. We have definitely found a lender that we will be doing all of our future purchases with both in California and Nevada. Everyone in this office and everyone they introduced us to as support (such as title, appraiser, etc), were easy to work with, and EXCELLENT communicators.
