  • I've never bought a car here, but I've taken my out of state Mini here several times for check ups. I've always felt taken care of - they let me know how long my service will be, and offer me a rental or to wait. When I've waited they've come out to check on me and update me on the status of my car. When I had a rental they hooked me up with a sweet little convertible Mini (FYI they can NOT promise a rental Mini to be available during your service/you cannot reserve them - when they're out, they're out. But they are across the street from Enterprise and will give you a ride over there. If you think you'll need a rental schedule you're service for as early as possible for better chances of getting a Mini from them). I've been very pleased with the customer service and what they've worked on for my little Coop. Thanks guys!
