Worst car rental experience ever and I rented cars many times before from different rental companies!First of all , we took a shuttle from the airport to the car rental center and there ewe found out that we had to take another shuttle to Economy location.It took 27 minutes of waiting in the heat with a 17 month old baby before their shuttle showed up.When we got there I told them about the wait but they didn't seem to care.When we got the car , it didn't have the baby car seat that we requested at the time of reservation.It took them a while to find one for us for an additional charge and it was pretty dirty.Nobody knew how to install or adjust it so I had to figure it out myself.After playing with the car seat I noticed that my blue jeans were really dirty because they never washed the car and it was super dusty so I had to do laundry on my firsaid that they gave me a car with a full tank of gas so I turned the car around.When I walked in and told them about the problem , they looked really annoyed by me , they changed the paperwork , wrote down my name and said the manager would call and of course nobody called during the five days that we were on vacation.st day on vacation.I told them about it but once again they didn't care.I got into the car already pissed off and started driving in the parking lot when I noticed that the gas gauge was just above half a tank.I looked at the paperwork and it sure said that it had a full tank so I had to come back.Again they didn't care , they told me the manager would call me late but he didn't.
