  • Had a 5:50 appointment that took me 30 minutes on the phone to make because the woman (Olivia) who took my appointment info in person yesterday must not have entered my correct email because I never received an alert for yesterday's appt. So, the one I made for today (over the phone) has now had me waiting 30 minutes. As a long time apple customer- they have successfully made me feel extremely insignificant.
