  • Liquid Nitrogen ice cream. This is the first chain I have seen doing this and they make the ice cream to order in front of you. The location was clean and bright and fun to watch the excitement when they pour the liquid nitrogen in. It is good ice cream but different very smooth and very cold so it melts much slower. Definitely a different experience and well worth trying. It is a new thing so lines were long but they had free ice water that helped along with lots to watch while they made the ice cream. Lots of flavors and lots of definitely worth a try.
