  • I had my eye exam here and they have my prescription on file. Came by during my lunch today to purchase new frames. No optical help, no doctor on site, no idea of when one would return because the staff didn't know when they left. I asked for a copy of my prescription: "Sorry, no doctor on site to sign it." Wasted lunch hour, wasted trip.
