  • I was in Vegas for my cousin's bachelor party and needless to say, our suits and clothes all needed a good cleaning after the first night out. This was the closest cleaners to the place we were staying at. This was our first mistake, we should have checked the reviews first and went to the place across the street. When we went to pickup our clothes it looked like our suits were only ironed. None of the stains were removed. When we complained that it was not cleaned, he said that it was not his fault. How is it not his fault? He assured us that the stains would be gone when we dropped our clothes off the day before. After arguing back and forth he kept saying he would not give us a refund. Needless to say we were all very mad and while we obviously won't be returning, I am writing this to dissuade anyone thinking of going here. Just go to the All Star Cleaners. Save yourself a whole lot of stress and trouble and do NOT give them your clothes.
