  • Hit some debris on the highway that ruined a tire and my normal place didn't have an opening for several hours... so I searched around and this joint had solid reviews/rating. Called @ 1:30, they said sure we can get you in right away but they needed 30 minutes to get tire from the warehouse. No problem, said I'd be there in an hour. Got there, checked in... no one had even left to get the tire yet. To the waiting room for an hour while they changed ONE tire. All done, good to go.... off I went. Tire is fine, any tire shop can change a tire. Did they put my donut back up under the car or stow the jack, nope. Did they even come close to getting tire pressure correct and even in all 4, nope. So I paid $10 more than my usual place for a far less satisfying experience. Win some, you lose some. If you want stellar customer service and work go to Superior Tire on Craig Rd. Tom and his crew are pro's. This place worked in a pinch, but I won't be back.
