  • FINALLY, we found an accounting firm that we love! We have been looking for an accounting firm in our local area that we could trust and felt good about in regards to preparing our taxes. I met with Candice before we even started. She got to know our tax situation and needs and I got to know who would be preparing our tax forms. She is a bright young professional and made me feel very at ease with our accounting firm transition. She didn't make me feel rushed and was an excellent listener as I explained our history and desires for a new accountant. She explained their process and protocols in preparing tax documents and I left their office with a clear direction and set of expectations. Candice lived true to her word. She communicated extremely well throughout our tax preparation process, and we felt we knew exactly where she was in the preparation timeline. Their pricing was reasonable and fair as well as right in our range. We could not be more satisfied with the tax preparation results! We are definitely staying with Heidenreich and Heidenreich for our tax preparation services in the future.
