  • When I think Saks Fifth Ave I think / but with that I would hope there would be some awesome customer service. But i didn't really get that feeling when I walked in. Maybe it's the Canadian in me that wants that friendly greeting when I'm there or maybe I come off as someone that doesn't shop there. Not really their "clientele" but still would appreciate a kind Hello and welcome to saks of some sort. There's a lot to look at which is nice but kind of hard since there is a lot of it. I've been twice and I've had a hard time finding anything that I actually wanted. Store looks nice though but just like any other department store
