| - I've been going to this nail place for years and I usually have a great experience. The girls are hard working, get your nails done quickly, and the movies you watch while receiving your service(s) are great. However, the last 2 times I've gone the customer service hasn't been the greatest. 2nd to last time I had a tough time choosing a color for my toes. Once I picked the color I realized it was the one I had last time and watched to switch it and the girl gave me such a bad attitude that I felt as though I couldn't change the color and just stuck with it because I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Being a paying customer, I don't think I should ever have to feel that way, especially working in the hospitality industry that is derived off giving the best service possible. 2nd time I went, the lady that was available explained pricing to me up front for a service, however we had a misunderstanding and I ended up getting a different service which was fine. The same lady that gave me bad customer service last time saw me looking at something different and asked why the service wasn't being done yet, and said if I couldn't make up my mind that they had other people they could help. The lady assisting me explained in another language what happened and she started laughing at me. More happened but I don't feel like getting into more details because I don't want to jeopardize anyone, just feel like something should be said so they realize they need to work on their customer service and make their clients feel more appreciated. I am happy again with the results of my service I ended up receiving, as always the ladies do amazing work. I don't think I will be going back based on how I was treated. If I'm going to pay money to pamper myself, I don't want to feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees by being there.
