  • After looking at the other reviews about this restaurant, I was not sure if Woodlands would live up to my expectations. But as seen from my review, it really is a 5 Star restaurant. The Chilly Pakoda is what we started with, moved to Assorted Appetizers, parallel-ly having Hayward 5000, an Indian Beer. Chilly Pakoda along with the green chilly sauce can make some people sweat. Hayward-5000 brought India feeling back making me feel I am home (in India). Chole Bature was good and filling, a little more spicy would have made it simply awesome. Dal Tadka was surprisingly without Tadka that was a bummer and Vegetable Pulav was OK-ish. The service from Christopher was really top class and friendly. Ending our meal with the Sweet Lassi and Mysore Coffee was like icing on the cake. Since it was raining outside in Charlotte yesterday, Mysore coffee was really amazing.
