rev:text	Just went to this location and received the worst service I've experienced anywhere in my 34 years being here on this earth. I went in on 7/1 to do my usual workout I usually go to the location on Decatur and Meadows and I wish I did. But my account was suspended due to non payment from switching bank accounts but on 6/29 I made my payment of 19.99 plus the 10.00 late fee which made it a total of 29.99. Once I gave my info the very rude team member named esela, stated that I couldn't work out today which was weird because I worked out the day before at that same location and received no issues. She then stated I can't work out because my accounts not paid, I then informed her that was false and showed her my bank statement charge of 29.99 as well as the confirmation email sent directly from planet fitness showing the confirmation of my payment made on 6/29. She then stated she doesn't care what my bank statement says and it's not her fault I can't afford to pay my bills. At this point I became very upset and judged being that planet fitness stresses the no judgement zone statement. I requested to speak to a manager whom she called on the phone and told him as well that I haven't made the payment he denied me also and she said I can speak to him when he works the following day, I then asked to speak to him over the phone and was still denied. She then said come back tomorrow and repeatedly said bye as she waved me off.I am an employee of the United States Postal Service and being an employee of the government I expect more from the services I pay for I have never felt so embarrassed and judged about my finances. Worst customer service experience ever!!!
