  • My wife is a pastry chef and we she needs something yesterday this is her to go place. The staff here really knows their stuff and have always been super helpful to her a pro and myself who has no clue what any of this stuff is. In all honesty I did prefer their old location, but their new location is always well stocked, and very clean. Prices are fine, best to go in July when they have their huge sale (10% off everything and up to 70% off on certain items)
