  • WARNING! This was the worst moving company I have used in years. I have made nearly 20 moves over the years. The firm gives a good story and sounds great. The service is lousy. They justify 21 day delivery windows, the packing was so poor they ruined clothing by packing kitchen items and shoes onto designer dresses in wardrobe boxes where the cloths were not hung but stuffed in the bottom with cans and kitchen goods on top. We had frames broken on paintings, they busted a lamp that was supposed to be packed properly but was not. There insurance was not properly addressed and they claimed to have made an insurance claim but did not. They do not respond when we followed up about the issues and provided pictures of the damages. The guys who delivered the goods would not wait around or remove the boxes as we were told they would as a courtesy, and were rude and dismissive when asked why items were not packed correctly when starting to open some boxes as they were delivering the household items. Its at your own peril if you use them.
