  • Today was the second time I have went through the drive thru at this location and the second time I got stuck in line for 20 minutes. Today when I got to the window she hands me a Trenta cup of water and says "it's going to be a few minutes for your drink so here's some water!" Seriously? How about hire more employees. The two times I have been here it has been between 7-8am on a weekday. I would think they would know that's prime time! One star because you have a drive thru because I have my dogs with me...and another star because they get my drink correct. Wow.
