Very good buffet selection. Half cracked crab claws that I dipped in the lobster bisque was my favorite along with mushroom risotto, lamb chops & eggs over medium (my attempt for a Filipino-style breakfast). Their blueberry bread pudding was soft and creamy and the Crete brûlée topped with chocolate-espresso mini malt balls (special secret combination by the Filipino chef behind the meat section, helps to speak Tagalog to him) topped off my gluttonous eating adventure... Oh, don't forget to try the Chai Tea Oatmeal, for a semi-healthy indulgence during 5 trips to the buffet table, or was it 6 trips? I might need to try and replicate that one at home.
