This business has worst return policies! Had items clearly sold at their stores my wife had received as Christmas gifts. Simply wanted to get store credit to spend at the THEIR store and got the full run around and a no go. Was given a 1-800 number to contact a 3rd party and waste my time pleaing my case. Really people,welcome to 2016! How about we will never shop and spend our money in your stores. And I will encourage our friends to follow suit as this is unacceptable in any customer focused business. Poor customer service involving this common circumstance from Sephora. Plenty of other stores carrying these products and more with easy, customer friendly return procedures especially when your trying to spend money in thier stores.
