rev:text	I was about to move into these apartments and thank god I dodged a bullet. The management here is HORRIBLE. I put my deposit down for the apartment and I was approved, as I was about to sign my lease I was overlooking it and realized they were charging me $150 over. So I called them and they literally said, I don't know why it's an extra $150. So they said they would get back to me and call me back. They never did, then I finally called and they said I was actually denied approval so they tell me that out of the $450 I put down (for deposit, app fees and holding fee) that I was only getting $99 back. So I understand only application fees are non refundable and they tried to say so was everything else but the $99. I went in person asked for the paperwork that states that and they couldn't provide it. Kept making excuses on "gettin back to me" so I asked where the denial papers were through their third party screening company on the reasons why I was denied and they couldn't provide that either. Thank god my job provides their employees with legal advisors and consultations. I threatened to take them to court and also called corporate and what do you know, the next day I got a call from corporate and was told they would refund everything except the application fees only because we were never screened. Hmmm, so I was initially approved and about to sign my lease before I was even screened. No thank you. They are all obviously sketchy. If you move here, beware and double check what you're being charged! it makes me wonder how many times they do this to people and get away with it! Disgusting....
