  • A nightmare. Horrible experience. Reserved a car in advance. Arrived with 5 people ahead of me. Took almost an hour to get to the counter. The people at the counter where obviously overwhelmed, but as friendly as they could be under those awful circumstance. They didn't have the SUV I reserved and I was told by staff I was lucky to have something other than a 15 passenger van. Finally got downstairs to pick up the car but the keys were no where to be found, and there was no E-Z car rental staff either. Waited perhaps another 15-20 minutes in that very hot parking garage for someone to show up to find the car keys. I will never rent from these people again. Don't know what was going on in the garage but the staff down there seemed out of touch or something. Management, I'm looking at you.
