  • I love my doctor Brooke Jeffy. She monitors me carefully, and listens to me about my concerns. She's a great listener actually. She've very kind, with a great bedside manner. She takes action, and coordinates with me as the patient, about my care. I'm grateful for my doctor. The only part is that one time, I was waiting 45 minutes, and one time, when I was only 5-7 min late, it caused me to have another 45 min wait (most in the exam room). That tells me that the schedule was already behind, as my 5-7 min shouldn't have caused a 45 min wait. So the long waits are the toughest part, and could use some improvement.
