Horrible customer service! I am so disgusted with the way they treat their customers! Absolutely inexcusable. The place is dirty and the staff is rude! I had an appointment which was paid for by my insurance January 2014, My insurance will not pay for another exam until January 2015 which I completely understand the reasoning behind that.
So....this eye doctor will not honor a free trial pair of Air Optic contacts unless i pay out of pocket $130 for another exam! I had to pay $50 for the "contacts prescription" which is highway robbery (I mean c''mon, $50 to write down on a prescription pad which took all of 30 seconds!!! So, I actually will have to pay $180. Note: my prescription is valid until January 2105, but because I neglected to bring in this free trial coupon thing at the time of my appointment, they will not honor it!
I've called other eye doctors and they all have told me that that is definitely wrong and is not the way THEY would treat their customers! I mean I have a valid prescription so whats the problem??!! I am so ticked off, you just don't treat your customers like this!!!! Not to mention that the "free trial" doesn't cost the eye doctor a dime. You should be ashamed of yourself and I have one more word for you: KARMA
