  • The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. I must be insane!!! I've been coming here for years and nothing has changed. 9:00 appointment time which is the first of the day and waited in the waiting room until 10:30. How are you an hour and a half behind if you just opened?! The front office staff is still just as rude as ever. I watched the one girl that sits at the computer on the sick side do nothing for almost an hour but eat her breakfast( a bagel and an apple with hot sauce) drink her Starbucks, pick her nose and than clean her teeth with her finger. That is so SANITARY!! I honestly believe the doctor must be related to these morons because that's the only reason I can see for them not being fired. The reviews are not exaggerated they are the truth. Save yourself hours of yours and your child's life and don't come here!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK!!!! PS I am sure by writing this I am going to some how be billed wrong yet again!!!!
