  • Nod yes. Nod yes while chewing. You're going to be nodding vertically all through the meal if it's your first time. Beef ribs were tender juicy fall off the bone with a perfect char on the edges. No one gets close to this style cooking. Brisket was okay. Chicken was perfectly spiced with hotness. It was a normal sized chicken as it should be. Bbq sauce was fantastic!!!!!!
