Unimpressed. I schedule an appointment for this morning. He said he would be here at 8am. My cell phone for some reason didn't ring and I missed his call. When I called him back as soon as I saw it (about 30 mins later), he tells me he has to call me back and is on another call in an irritated voice. When he calls back he tells me he has to reschedule because I didn't answer the phone. I explain that I had been waiting for him to arrive. He proceeded to scold me for not answering my phone. At which time I told him I would not be needing his services. If a company is not willing to give any type of customer service, and to scold a new customer who hasn't even used them before, I don't think you should hire them. Sometimes, technology simply doesn't work and your phone doesn't ring.
