  • Be careful about their closing time. They say 6 but in reality it may mean 5 or 5:15. My friend had told me about this place and how great it was. She has taken her two young boys there and said that they did a great job. I drove all the way out there today and arrived at 5:10. I did have three kids with me so after getting them out of the car and loaded into a stroller and walking to the door it was about 5:15. I opened the door and the guy rudely says "we are closed" like I am the dummy for not realizing that a 6 closing time means any time. I only needed to get a haircut for my 4 year old son and I can't imagine it taking 45 minutes to do that. I have yet to come across a company in which they feel compelled to turn business away. Good thing that your "lack of manners" tactic worked for me because I will never give this place my business.
